Xpenditure offers options to connect business software for syncing existing information like expenses, employee records, expense categories and projects. This allows you to keep the master data in the business software. 
 All expense data can be exported to the existing business software for processing into accounting. On top of that it is also possible to connect to HR and payroll system for reimbursement of pre-financed expenses to employees via the salary slip.

As soon as the relevant information has been exchanged, Data Automation can be setup for your Xpenditure account. Files will be exchanged via SFTP. SFTP, or Secure File Transfer Protocol, is a network protocol that provides completely secure access, transfer, and management of data files programmatically. This protocol is used by the largest organizations in Finance, Technology, and Consulting to transfer data such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to ensure it remains 100% secure.
